Select Focus has contracted with Ceredian Performance Partners (CPP), an independent outside organization, to administer our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), LifeBalance®.

What is an EAP?
An EAP is a benefit that helps you confidentially deal with a wide range of personal and job related problems that from time-to-time affect us all.

How do I enroll?
As a Select Focus employee, you are already enrolled.

How much does it cost me?
Nothing! We believe this program to be such an important one that we provide this benefit at no cost to you.

What services are available?
LifeBalance® assistance includes, but are not limited to, with these personal matters: marital and family difficulties, alcohol and substance abuse, stress, mental health issues, financial planning, legal referral, and career counseling.

How do we access this benefit?
Through your LifeBalance® Access Card. To start the process, simply dial the 800 number on your card and identify yourself as a Select Focus employee. CPP will handle the rest.

Is my confidentialty assured?
Absolutely! Unless you specify otherwise, neither our client company nor Select Focus will receive any personal information. Your privacy is protected to the fullest extent of the law.

This benefit is for the use of you and your household family members. We encourage you to utilize it proactively so that small problems don't become big ones.
